I currently work as a data scientist for Microsoft Office on the Web Growth team, focused on user growth, engagement, and retention. I leverage machine learning, statistics, A/B experimentation, and visualization to uncover actionable insights to optimize the consumer experience. During undergrad, I also interned for Microsoft Office and built a time series forecast to more accurately allocate capacity for datacenters running Office Online, reducing overhead costs and excess server allotment.

I interned with the Global Sales Planning and Analysis team at PTC to build a predictive model to assess the propensity that a potential client would convert and provide an estimation of time-to-conversion. This model was used to help focus and prioritize sales efforts.
